La nostra esperienza è sempre stata positiva e i nostri dubbi iniziali sono scomparsi già dopo le prime conversazioni al telefono con Susy che ringrazio personalmente per tutta la sua pazienza ed immensa dedizione al suo lavoro. Susy è sempre presente durante tutto il percorso ed è per noi diventata un essenziale punto di riferimento. La sua presenza ha sicuramente fatto la differenza nell’abbattere qualsiasi tipo di barriera comunicativa. Una organizzazione perfetta in ogni aspetto, sia logistico che umano.
La dottoressa Firdevs è una persona meravigliosa, umana, capace, preparata, esperta, professionale, instancabile e sempre pronta a dare tutta se stessa anche oltre ogni aspettativa. Sempre abile nel far sentire i propri pazienti a proprio agio e che ci è venuta incontro in ogni modo possibile. Inutile dire che il suo supporto va ben oltre l’ambito medico.
