I have recently been to miracle twice and cannot fault them. My co-ordinator Toni was amazing all the way through and answered any questions I had at any time of the day/ night. Especially with the time difference, she was always there when I needed her and felt like talking to a friend. She made our experience so much easier and we’ll forever be grateful for that.
Me and my husband were always kept informed what was going to happen and the team were always lovely and friendly.
Dr F is amazing at what she does and I can’t believe how efficiently everything was carried out and organised.
They made everything a lot easier by providing us with hotel and transfer details.
